Once an order is placed and production begins, the creative process cannot be reversed or resold.

Revisions do not include:

• Full rewrites

• Completely new styles or themes

• Turning the song into a different genre than originally requested

Major changes require a new order.

3. Non-Delivery

• We fail to deliver your custom song

• No work has started on your order

• A verified technical issue on our end prevents delivery

Refunds in these rare cases are processed solely at our discretion.

We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by:

• Mistyped contact information

• Spam filters blocking our messages or file delivery

Creative subjectivity does not qualify for a refund.

Because digital files cannot be “returned” once delivered, no refund is possible after delivery.

Submitting a chargeback after receiving your custom song is considered fraud.
