Yes, there's no limit. Each song is its own order with its own story, package and timeline. Email us if you're ordering several and we'll help.

A formal program is on the way. In the meantime, if a friend orders because of you, email support@songssmith.com and we'll thank you for it.

• After you order you get an email confirming exactly what you ordered.
• Within 12-24 hours we start your lyrics and email you a first draft to review.
• Reply to approve the lyrics, or tell us what to change, within 48 hours (12 hours for Express). Each new draft gets the same time. If we don't hear from you by then, your lyrics count as approved and we start recording.
• Our artists then record, mix and master your song.
• After delivery you can use your included revisions for any changes.

Replying to the lyrics draft quickly is the best way to get your song early.

• Silver: 1-2 minutes, about 8-16 lines. A short, focused dedication.
• Gold: 2-3 minutes, about 16-24 lines. Two verses and a chorus.
• Platinum: 3+ minutes, about 24-36 lines. Three verses or a bridge.

Yes. Your lyrics draft arrives by email. Reply within 48 hours (12 hours for Express) to approve it or ask for changes, and we'll adjust it first. If we don't hear from you by then, your lyrics count as approved and we start recording.

Yes. Once your reply window has passed and recording has begun, a late lyric change costs $40 to cover the re-work. Buy it on our Add to Your Order page. Your delivery time restarts from when you approve the corrected lyrics. Your included revisions are for tweaks to the recorded song, like a line you'd like sung differently or the tone of the track.

Yes. Go to Add to Your Order, enter the email you ordered with (your order number is optional) and choose an extra revision, a lyric video or poster, a genre change or a late lyric change. Add-ons are charged at full price.

We match you by genre and mood: Fenton Garner (Country, Americana), Maya Vance (Soul, R&B), Jax Theron (Hip-Hop, Trap, Pop), Leo Kim (Upbeat, Jazz, Neo Soul), Chloe Luna (Dream Folk, Indie Pop) and Skye Reed (Trap, Rap). Name a favorite in your order notes and we'll try to match it.

Yes, pick it in the order form. We match based on artist availability in your genre. Want both? Add a duet.

Their name and your relationship, the occasion, favorite memories, inside jokes and nicknames, their personality, what you want them to feel, and any lines you'd love included. More detail makes a more personal song.

Yes. Include lines or full lyrics and tell us whether to use them exactly or adapt them. More than about 60 words per minute of song may not all fit. Lyrics you send must be your own original writing.

We can match the feel or genre of an artist you love, but every melody and lyric has to be original. Naming an artist as a mood reference is fine.

Of course. Most songs are surprises. Fill in the form with details about the person the song is for.

All orders are in USD. Outside the US, your bank converts the amount automatically.

• Pay now: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our secure payment partner, ePayVista. Your bank statement may show their name instead of ours.

Either way, SongsSmith never sees or stores your card details.

Paid orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund, as long as production hasn't started. Express orders can begin right away, so they usually can't be cancelled. Email support@songssmith.com with your order number.

Yes. Add Express delivery ($75) for your song in 48-72 hours. We still recommend ordering 7-10 days ahead so there's time for revisions.

By email, as a high-quality WAV file. Gold and Platinum include cover art, and Platinum adds an HD lyric video. Add support@songssmith.com to your contacts so it doesn't land in spam.

Silver 5-7 business days, Gold 4-6, Platinum 3-5, or 48-72 hours with Express. The clock starts once your order, story and payment are confirmed. Reply to your lyrics draft quickly and you'll get your song at the short end of that time.

Yes. Add their email in your order notes and we'll deliver it for you. Or use your own email and share it when the moment is right.

If the delay is on our side, contact us and we'll offer free expedited completion, a partial refund, or a full refund if production hasn't started. Delays from wrong contact details or an incomplete story aren't covered.

Yes. If you have an email address, we can deliver to you.

Yes. Put the date in your order notes and we'll time it. Order 7-10 days ahead to leave room for revisions.

Play it at the party, send it as a surprise voice note, put it behind a photo slideshow, or simply share the file with a message. Platinum's lyric video is a ready-made gift on its own.

Yes. Add it to your order notes and we'll include it with the delivery.

Small changes to the finished song: a lyric tweak, how a line is sung, a subtle mood adjustment. A full rewrite, genre change or new direction isn't a revision. Lyric rewrites after recording has started are a late lyric change ($40), not a revision. Not sure? Email us before using one.

Usually 2-4 business days, depending on your package and the change. Clear notes make it faster.

Email us and we'll work through the revisions in your package. Music is personal, so we can't promise to match every expectation, but we'll get as close to your vision as we can.

Because each song is custom-made, refunds aren't available once production starts. You can cancel within 24 hours for a full refund if we haven't begun. If we fail to deliver, or deliver late through our fault, we'll offer a partial or full refund. See the refund policy.

Your song comes with a personal license: play it at private events, share it with friends and family, post it on personal social accounts. Brand promotion, ticketed events or business accounts need a commercial license.

SongsSmith keeps the rights to the lyrics and composition unless agreed otherwise in writing. You get a personal, non-commercial license. Need full ownership? Contact us before ordering.

On personal channels, yes. Brand, business, public-figure or monetized channels need a commercial license.

Yes. Your story, names and details stay confidential, and we never publish your song or information without your consent.
